|New Anchors & Ales Event Provides Night of Craft Beer Tastings at 2014 Progressive Insurance Minneapolis Boat Show, January 31|
|Upper Midwest’s largest boat show launches January’s hottest date night with new craft beer event featuring samplings from top breweries|
Minneapolis, Minn. – November 13, 2013 – Beer enthusiasts and boaters alike can gather under one roof to enjoy a night of craft beer samplings at the 2014 Progressive Insurance Minneapolis Boat Show’s first Anchors & Ales, taking place from 5:00-9:30pm Friday, January 31. Anchors & Ales ticket holders can taste a variety of brews from top craft breweries while escaping the frigid temps to shop hundreds of the newest boats and marine accessories and enjoy some early summer fun at the region’s largest boat show. Visitors can also grab a bite from Seven Sushi & Steakhouse and listen to boating music from Jambo Joe Bones on the new Boardwalk inside the boat show.
Participating breweries include: Deschutes Brewery, Schell’s Brewing Co., Big Wood Brewery, Excelsior Brewing, Lift Bridge Brewing Co., Bad Weather Brewing, Fulton Beer and Rush River Brewing Company.
Attendees will receive a limited edition tasting glass and tokens for tastings, along with a brochure and map with details about the participating breweries and their locations within the show. Attendees must be 21 or older to participate.

Tickets: Tickets can be purchased at www.MinneapolisBoatShow.com starting December 1 or onsite the day of the show. Cost for Anchors & Ales ticket is $20 (includes show admission).
