All five will be invited to attend the 37th Minneapolis Boat Show on Saturday, January 24, 2009 to receive a key to try in the Sea-Doo. One lucky qualifier will have the winning key for the Sea-Doo valued at more than $9,500. • HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: To enter, simply fill-in your name, address, phone number and e-mail on the official entry form on this page. Five qualifying winners will be chosen from all completed forms. Only one entry per person is allowed.
• DRAWING: Contest begins December 3, 2008 and ends January 16, 2009. Five qualifying winners will be selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received from online forms. The drawing will be held on or about January 17, 2009 by NMMA staff whose decision is final. Qualifying winners will be notified by phone or e-mail and will be required to come to the Minneapolis Boat Show on Saturday, January 24th to try one of five keys to win the grand prize Sea-Doo. Only one of the five keys will start the 2009 Sea-Doo package valued at more than $9500.00. The four qualifying winners who do not win the Sea-Doo will each receive a $100 Cub Foods gift card (four total). Prizes must be claimed within 3 months of winner notification or they are forfeited back to the National Marine Manufacturers Association
• No Substitution for prizes. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Delivery costs, taxes and registration are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Eligibility: Contest open to residents of the United States aged 21 or older.

• Winner's list: The name of the prize winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to NMMA- Minneapolis Boat Show Sea-Doo Giveaway, 331 2nd Avenue S, Suite 701, Minneapolis, MN 55401. Request must be received by April 1, 2009.
• Employees and families of Cub Foods, SuperValu, QMG, National Marine Manufacturers Association, its members, vendors, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, promotional partners and agencies are not eligible to win.
• No purchase necessary. Five qualifying winners must be present at the Minneapolis Boat Show on January 24, 2009 to have the chance to win the Sea-Doo. Two complimentary Boat Show tickets will be given to each qualifier.
• Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
• Winner agrees to sign a release providing the NMMA use of the winner's name and image for promotional purposes. Names and likenesses of promotion winners may be used by NMMA and NMMA's designee(s) without further compensation to NMMA or promotion winner.
• Winner agrees to sign a winner's affidavit and any state, federal or other tax documentation that may be required.
